WHAT IS THE WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE ?
The challenge focuses on educating participants on good nutrition while making it a part of a fun Community Event !
Participants pitch in a one time *$40 fee towards the general pot. The more participants there are, the larger is the prize. Throughout the 5 week challenge your Wellness Coaches work with you to help set goals and teach nutrition classes. The weekly weigh-in and accountability makes the challenge a success for all who participate !
The challenge allows participants to stay motivated throughout the program which makes losing weight easy with the help and support of you coaches. Wellness Coaches try their best to personalize meal plans and work individually with each participant to help achieve weight loss goal.
Weight Loss Challenge is sponsored by Herbalife Independent Distributors of Toronto, however participants do not have to be on any specific supplement program to participate.
*$200 prize is paid in an average group of 20 participants. Every challenge will have a winner, cash prizes are determined by location and group size.

Nutrition classes are short and informative, specially designed to help change eating habits and teach the basics about losing weight and keeping it off .

Week 6: Stress and Emotional Eating
Week 7: Food and Fitness. Maximize your fat burning!
Week 8: Final Day and Prize Give Away !

WHO CAN WIN THE CHALLENGE ?
YOU CAN ! We calculate winners based on % of weight loss – so anyone can win the challenge regardless of their starting weight.
WHAT IS A WELLNESS EVALUATION ?
Participants receive a wellness evaluation with one of our coaches. Your wellness coach will go over your goals for the weight loss challenge, as well as your personalized meal plan and and assist with any additional questions you might have in a one on one session.
